Description

The SSF-VIEW (Very Intelligent Early Warning) Laser Detector  is a high sensitivity analog addressable FLASHSCAN smoke detector suitable for use with 2800 series fire alarm panels. FlashScan supports 159 detector per Loop.

The SSF-VIEW provides smoke detection sensitivity that is 10 to 50 times higher than normal photoelectric smoke detectors.  Because of this high sensitivity, it can provide very early warning of slow smoldering fires.

The SSF-VIEW uses an extremely bright laser diode, combined with special lens and mirror optics, to achieve a signal-to-noise ratio that is much higher than traditional photoelectric sensors.
